I’ve just hit my two month mark working with Coach Wayne and his team at RVN. The classes are consistently excellent (hard but good) and he’s always working to add more options to meet member needs. Wayne is thoughtful, kind, and very good at tailoring movements and exercises for individuals of different abilities so you can all be in small classes together. Even in class he’s there and paying attention to make sure your form is good and you’re pushing your body to the extent possible for where you’re at. I tried lots of gyms in Fells and RVN was the one that made me feel like I could get in shape without risking injury so I would encourage you to try it, especially if you haven’t fit in other places.
