Had a strange experience with Rydel. Asked for estimate Jan'26, immediately, same day, got a call and was booked a time for an in person consultation and was told Noah was going to contact me. Got 2 emails from Noah to confirm said meeting. So far, so good. Two weeks later, Jan 23, 2026, day of visit, we waited for Noah. Nothing! Late the same day he called to say that he was checking his schedule and saw that we had a meeting "yesterday or today" (his words), but that unfortunately he was not available until February 6, 2026, and that we then could reschedule something. No, thank you very much. I didn't like the customer service.

Rydel Roofing recently replaced my old asphalt roof with Euroshield rubber shingles. Overall, the experience was very positive. From the start, their pre-sales team was straightforward, professional, and easy to work with. The on-site foreman was equally great—communicative, respectful, and accomodating. The crew handled some uncommon challenges with my particular roof design as well as a number of additional tasks, including removal of an unused chimney and correcting some poorly installed aluminum flashing. Everything was done efficiently and with attention to detail, and I’m very happy with the results. They did what they promised, when they promised, for the price they quoted. Would recommend without hesitation.

Rydel replaced the roof on our 3 story, 16 unit condo. From the start they set themselves apart from the other contractors. The rep, Noah, came out and did a full walkaround of the site with us and explained everything about the job. He was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. The job was completed quickly and without any issues. They took measures to reduce impact on our property and avoid any damage to the building. The cleanup was stellar like they almost weren't there. We're happy with the job and would recommend this company in the future. Pricing was competitive and the warranty was attractive to us, plus they gave us multiple price points and different options to choose from.

From the quote right through to final clean up and then last inspection, the Rydel team is top notch. The roofing team was polite, hard working and did a great job on my roof. A special mention to Mathew, Team Supervisor. His follow up and follow through were exemplary. I highly recommend Rydel Roofing if you need to have your roof done.
