After going through multiple different gyms this year I finally found a place that teaches you the right way to work out. Nick is very knowledgeable, you get a good work out and the price is reasonable. Highly recommend!
I have had knee and shoulder mobility and injury issues for about 15 years. I have now had two physical therapists compliment Sabrina for her acumen with these issues. My strength is also back to where it was when I was thirty and I am now nearing sixty. I can not say enough about Sabrina. I use to get injuries every year or so from working out. Now been with Sabrina for 3 years. I have not been injured and work out harder than ever. I have also worked with Nick in the past. He is also excellent.
Sabrina is an amazing trainer and was pretty much my therapist for the past year. She knows exactly what workouts to do when you come into the door (I had a bad tendency of showing up late because they were early morning sessions). But even a 15 minute work out got me out the door feeling it.
Hands down the best fitness center in Alaska. Working out with the RYS team has not only improved my health but has helped me grow and expand my business. These guys know there stuff and it is worth every single penny to be apart of this gym.
Taking this Dad bod to the next level! I train with Victor Spivey and I can’t rave enough about him and RYS fitness. Not only does he help me push myself to new limits to achieve my goals, he also helps keep me accountable with my food and water consumption to help me reach my weight loss goals. I’ve been working with them for 2 months and have seen huge improvements in strength, endurance and have been losing weight consistently. So stoked to possibly see abs like I once did in the Army many moons ago!
