As a visitor to Canberra it was difficult to know who to trust with replacing the battery in my laptop. Ryujin Electronics were professional and prompt in returning my call, and within a few minutes I knew I could trust them. The battery was replaced within a few days and their service was excellent. Highly recommend them.
Terrific service and a professional job. Even though my laptop wasn’t an Apple product, the clerk was more than willing to help. It took him just 10 minutes to figure out the problem and fix it. Really nice encounter. 20 dollars may be on the pricier side but I guess it’s worth it considering my general experience.

A lifesaver! Had some liquid damage to my macbook pro and Apple quoted me the price of a new laptop. As a very stressed uni student in the middle of exams, I was glad when I found this office and even gladder when I was told my laptop was ready in a very short amount of time - and for a fraction of the price that Apple had originally quoted! Office was a little hard to find - upstairs in the building opposite civic centre - but when I did, it was very clean and professional looking. Overall, super happy and will be coming back if anything ever happens again.
I took my son's iPhone 12 Pro Max to have the back glass replaced. It would have cost me over $700 through Apple. I paid $180 and the phone looks as good as new. I booked the appointment and only had to wait 2 days for the glass to come in and within 2 hours had the phone back. Thank you so much Custom iPhones for a great job and wonderful service! I will definitely recommend and return for other repairs if ever necessary.
