Shlomo is knowledgeable, considerate, personable, and accommodating. He was able to quickly help me fix a latch that wouldn't close on my dryer, while at the same time joking around with me as he showed me how to solve the problem in the future. Even though he doesn't normally work with the type of issue I was having (appliance related), and he was honest and transparent up front with the fact that he may not be able to fix it, he took his time to address the issue and it was fixed in no time! He's honest kind, better when he does, and fairly priced. Highly recommend!
