Went there looking for a specific barber who i find out at the moment he is no longer there. I went to walk away one barber said someone else can take care of you is not the end of the world. I told her it makes a huge difference when you used to dealing with a specific person. That comment alone may make y'all lose customers. It may not be the End of the world, but it Makes a difference when you’re already used to dealing with somebody specific and having to jump in somebody else’s chair. It also makes a big difference between somebody with experience to someone who just came out of Barber school. My comment and rating was not based on the barber who took care of me but more on the comment.

The shop is very nice and the staff is friendly, but we were very disappointed with our experience. I clearly explained that my son is growing his hair out on top and that we only wanted a skin fade on the sides with a very light trim to even out the top. Despite this, the barber cut the top extremely short and even more uneven than it was before. My son has been growing his hair out for four months and is extremely upset—he’s only 7, and is having a hard time understanding he has to restart his hair growth timeframe. I regret not saying something at the time, but the result should have matched what was discussed. In addition, my other son was nicked during his haircut, which added to the overall disappointment. The pricing was also inconsistent—one child’s cut was $26 and the other $28, despite a posted sign stating that kids’ cuts are $25. While the shop has a great atmosphere & staff was kind, the overall experience did not meet expectations, and we would not return.
