I had a great experience with this pet shop. They guided me through every step of the process on getting a scorpion, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt confident the entire time. Their communication was excellent they were patient, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. You can really tell they care about their customers and their animals. I highly recommend this pet shop to anyone looking for great service, honesty, and support from start to finish.

We went for the first time to get my son a crested gecko! The owner was super helpful and knowledgeable. She let us hold a tarantula as well as the gecko. We will be going back just to look at all the exotic animals. Better than going to the zoo!

I purchased my two sugar gliders here 3 years ago. Since then, I have been ordering glider food, which my suggies love and has been awesome for them, from this shop. The shipping is always quick. There was a hiccup recently where the food was mailed to the wrong address in a city I lived previously. I called and let them know what happened, and they were attentive and let me know they would see what they could do. This was a stressful time for me as I was days from running out of food. By the time I reached back out for a status, they already had a replacement shipment heading my way. All that to say that these are good people who do good business and work to help you with what you need. I’m extremely appreciative of them. Also, and perhaps most importantly, my sugar gliders are happy and healthy.

Pretty cool place it’s like house turned into a pet store . Heard a lot about this place and that it’s been around for a while so I came to check it out myself . Overall was surprised on how many options of animals there is here . Staff was cool , very blunt and gave real southern hospitality vibes. The place has traditional pet store smell which is not the most pleasant. And I the place needs to upgrade the animals enclosures outdated in some areas .

Always a pleasure! Suzette is such a great owner and we always appreciate the help we get for our many insects, reptiles and pets we have. Best place for live food. Also, big fan of the exotic animals. Looking at their 8 month old sloth and the recent 160lb tortoise they brought in!
