The furniture is eclectic adding to the cozy feel of Sabria. The smells coming from the kitchen which is right towards the front made my mouth water. The food tasted and looked great. It was busy so sometimes the server was not attentive. We were next to the bar which made it loud and difficult to talk, my throat was sore from having to shout at my dinner companions. For the price we paid the mixed drinks were small as compared to say The Standard or Mancy's Steakhouse.

One of the best meals I've ever had from start to finish. I was happy to see the evolution of a couple items from Souk take their place on this menu where they have been perfected while also being an incredible Italian experience. Fusion done exactly right, and with every part of the menu having must-order dishes. The Iberico pork was stellar, the pastas were perfectly executed, and both the drinks and desserts seemed made in a lab to work on us.

Dined at Sabira for the first time tonight. Anniversary dinner for my wife and I, as well as our first night out since our kiddo was born in January. Meal was absolutely top tier. We had the hummus to start, best hummus in the city bar none. Sourdough was fantastic. Wife had the filet/gnocchi dish for her entree. As a working chef I’ve made gnocchi every day for years now and this gnocchi was perfectly made and perfectly cooked. Texture and technique was spot on. Steak was cooked perfectly; nice marks and nice smokey flavor. I wanted simple comfort food and the seared lasagna delivered, very satisfying, very well done, great flavor. Lasagna doesn’t need to be fancy, creative or clever; it just needs to be good. Moussa and Team are killing it with this place. Shoutout to our server (Kait I believe) for the great service. Thanks for the great night!

Grilled octopus and gnocchi was great. The leather chairs at the 2 top tables where a bit challenging to eat out of though

This is our new favorite place. The bruschetta was amazing. We also had filet mignon and pork rib with roasted vegetables, seasoned to perfection (not overdone) and ended with the sticky cake and ice cream with caramel drizzle. A perfect atmosphere for date night! We will be back!

We’ve decided there will be no other date night spots for us until we try everything on the menu. Couldn’t speak more highly of the food. Every dish we’ve tried has been absolutely delicious.
