Do not recommend. My dog had and ear infection and the Dr mansplained how dogs get allergies at me for about 20 minutes to conclude, he likely didn't have allergies. The Dr insists he's on the cutting edge of veterinary technology by relying on AI to do his diagnostics and insisting on "cutting edge" treatments that are miles behind other vets. When questioned on his reasoning he ran out of the room and sent the vet tech to parlay conversation back and forth between us. He insisted that my dog needed subcu antibiotics AND oral antibiotics despite the fact that such a treatment plan leaves about a 24 hour window for antibiotic resistance to set in. When questioned about it, he just said "no it doesn't." I consulted with a few vets afterwards and to say his treatment plan and choice of drugs is bizarre is an understatement. I also relayed to his staff that I am SEVERELY allergic to antibiotics (all except augmentin trigger severe reactions) he proceeded to put a wax antibiotic in my dog's ears that has now spread to every surface in my home. I can't even touch my dog right now due to concern of a reaction to the antibiotic he smeared on the exterior of his ears. He does not like to be questioned. If you don't take his direction he will blow you off completely. I also overheard his staff responding, "yes sir" to his every command which gave me the ultimate ick. If you need urgent care I recommend the emergency vet in Racho Cordova. They individualize care and listen to your concerns and they are MUCH cheaper. *Edit because we took our dog for a recheck with our regular vet and found out the infection was not infact solved with his regimen and that he is using compounded medications either compounded in house or from a compound pharmacy without disclosing that to clients.

The veterinarian shows genuine care for pets: He takes the time to explain every detail of the diagnosis clearly and only recommends truly necessary, effective treatments, always mindful of what’s feasible for us. The best vet I have ever experienced. Their prices are fair and they really care. I have two dogs with allergies and skin issues that have lead to other more complex problems. We are here several times a year. Factor in one is people reactive and the other is dog reactive. The staff is patient and accommodating to me and my fur babies. They do an excellent job of prioritizing safety and customer comfort. They have a lovely and comfortable waiting room with plenty of space for several animals but I am never kept in the waiting room for more than a few seconds. We are quickly escorted to a strategically placed scale for dogs to be weighed before entering a very clean waiting room. Dr. G is very thorough in his explanations. Going as far as explaining the complex biology at play in my babies health. The vet techs are true pro’s. They are great at supporting customers through caring for our pets. I highly recommend this vet, and encourage all of my pet lovers to give this local Sacramento business a try.

Dr Ghuman has been our Vet for the full lives of 4 dogs and 2 cats. He is extremely thorough and knowledgeable. We completely trust him. So much that we moved to Loomis 10 years ago and drove the distance to have him as our vet. His staff is amazing too. Very caring, kind and professional. Thank you all.

Love this vet. Over the years I have 3 dogs that have seen him. All with issues of one sort or another. He will take his time to listen to you and go over all test and treatments. Work with you on treatment. His care and concerns puts you at ease. I had to put one to rest I was shown so much love by the vet and staff. I would never thinks of looking or going to any other Vet. His staff match his care and concerns with the customers and my dogs. I would and will fully recommend him if you want a caring and full care for your fur babies. If you love your pets this is the place to get all treatments from just a check up to yearly shots or more intense care for a pet who needs specialized care.
