Awesome customer experience from start to finish. I was introduced to Laid Back Cycles over a year ago via Youtube. I currently ride a Trek Domane + SLR 6 but wanted the flexibility of a recumbent trike. After watching a recent video by Laid Back Cycles about AZUB trikes, I was sold on buying one. So I purchased an AZUB Ti Fly 26 with the Bosch CX motor and the dual 800wh battery set up. Laid Back Mickey was excellent to work with and you can trust his knowledge, expertise and integrity ensuring you get a quality purchase. Although I live in San Diego, Laid Back Cycle is the place to purchase your new or next recumbent trike - you will not be disappointed.
I am an amputee and I received a Catrike Voyager from laid Back Cycles. The product is amazing it fits like a glove Laid Back Cycles delivered it and actually fitted the Catrike to me there were several adjustments they even offer a 30-45 day tune up to make you even more comfortable They are very competitive, great product, and they service what they sell I am a very happy Rider
Very nice and clean store, owner Mickey is welcoming you with a big smile. Good communication, knowledgeable,my new Catrike is incredible , a very good experience ! 8 months later I experienced the service department: wow ! Greg is a very nice guy who fixed my Catrike to my total satisfaction.
Couldn’t be happier with my whole experience with laid back cycle. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. I worked directly with Micky who was an awesome guy very friendly very knowledgeable and went out of his way to be helpful. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking to get into recumbent bike riding
