I have been coming here for many years! They are very welcoming to all and everyone there is so nice. They have a different teacher each Sunday morning from 10 am - noon. They also have monthly day long retreats, People of Color Sangha, and Family Sangha. They also have beginners instruction on the last Sunday of the month.

The main meditation is on Sunday evenings with other meditations offered during the week. Each month, they offer a 1 day retreat led by a skilled teacher.
