The Y M C A arthritis water class has helped me move and maintain flexibility after many surgeries and years of suffering with arthritis. I highly recommend the Y if you value movement in a relaxed setting with good people surrounding you in the water!

Excellent instructors - I was a member for 2 years. Extremely rude and combative front desk manager, however, when I enquired about a refund on monthly membership due to a snafu with not being able to cancel online by the first of the month due to a move out of the country.

I went to the YMCA as a kid and it makes me happy to still be able to go now as an adult. The staff is plenty helpful. I usually only go once a week to use the weight room. It’s never too crowded or too noisy. Just enough space, with just enough people. Thank you for still serving the community

I was incredibly surprised walking in here. We live about a block away and I had never considered using it. I had wrongly assumed that the gym was similar to a hotel. I say this because the top floor windows have a row of treadmills and elliptical machines. Little did I know they are a rather large facility with a pool, free weights and multiple group workout rooms. We toured and discovered all they had to offer and joined that day. It was less expensive than other gyms of equal size. The staff are great and the showers, bathrooms and gym area are very clean.
