I have been coming to Sacramento Massage Studio for about a year now. Every massage therapist has been great and I highly recommend the studio. I have settled on one particular therapist, Shari, who is fantastic at deep tissue massage. My preference is for a "sports" massage and Shari is the best. She always asks about my preferences and any issues I may be having and makes adjusts as needed. She has done wonders for my very tight hip flexors, lower back and buttocks! :)

I’ve worked with Zach for more than a decade, and he is the best massage therapist I’ve ever had. I first started seeing him to rehab an injury that no one else had been able to fully resolve, and thanks to his expertise and care, he healed it. His understanding of the body, along with his personalized approach, makes every session incredibly effective. If you’re looking for someone truly skilled and dedicated, Zach is exceptional.

Sacramento Massage Studio is the best place to get your massages in Sacramento. I have been coming here from many years and have always had incredible service from every therapist. I specifically recommend Noelle. I began to see her when I was pregnant for prenatal massages. I saw her monthly throughout my pregnancy, up until a week before I delivered. She was thoughtful and creative about accommodating my ever changing body. Rather than only receiving side lying massages, she also had me lay inclined on my back, and offered belly massages (which helped tremendously with my round ligament pain). She expressed regularly how prenatal massages were her favorite, and was visibly passionate about helping me and my body through the experience. She provided so much support, relief, and comfort during that time and I am forever grateful. I've always thought it would be a great idea to offer a prenatal massage package that included a massage per trimester and an at home post partum massage for new mamas. I continue to receive massages from Noelle on a monthly basis. She provides the perfect mix of deep tissue and relaxing comfort. It's a highlight in my month, and I think I'm hooked for life.

Stephen is the best therapist I’ve ever met in the Sacramento area during the past three years I lived there. He genuinely cares about his patients and, without any exaggeration, uses every second of each session to its fullest to help relieve my muscle pain. Even though I’ve now moved to the East Bay, I would absolutely return to Stephen. I feel truly lucky to have found someone as caring, skilled, and pleasant as he is.

I have been going to this massage studio for several years and I have always had amazing massages and customer service. The studio is beautiful and serene, setting the stage for relaxation. Most recently I had Shari as my therapist. She has a natural sense for areas of the body to work on and how to get those areas to relax. Her pressure was steady and firm in those spots and I felt such relief after every area she massaged. Zach is also amazing, and I know from my boyfriend's feedback that Kat is another amazing therapist. 10/10
