The front desk staff was helpful and answered all my questions. Darren was super helpful in finding glasses that fit my face well. Overall, great experience from check-in to check-out.
I’m older and it had been awhile since I had seen an eye doctor. I chose them because I read Dr Kamegawa’s bio on their website, and was looking for someone with his training and expertise. I had a great experience with everyone at the 4th and O office in downtown Sacramento. Love my new glasses! And they have easy parking, unusual for downtown.
They are all professional and effective. I received thorough examinations and three new pairs of glasses, all completed in a little over a week. I love them! The doctor was the best optometrist I have ever seen in my life. Thank you so much for your service!
