2/5/25 ⚠️ 🚫The Fax machines do not work and all the Computers freeze/ glitch and slow WiFi , it will hold you up especially if you have time sensitive dates/time to meet. 🚫 🏆All the employees are friendly , professional, helpful, and respectful. 🏆
I have been to this locations many times to get assistance with job applications and resumes as well as many of there workshops. Today I got the best service from all the staff. Shameless was helping me with the introductions and she was so professional and helpful. I highly recommend this place if you are thinking of looking for a job. They are doing a great job to help people in any way they can. They also have great workshops.
I had a great experience here. Placed a call and was answered promptly. I scheduled a typing test for the same day and was in and out in about 40 minutes, (chose to complete all three tries). I received a hard copy certificate. Wendy was knowledgeable and security was friendly. This isn't my favorite part of town, but everyone I came in contact with were helpful and courteous.
Ira Ayers is the man when going to this center for resume, cover letter, as well as but not limited to, interview readiness support. I am so thankful for the help I have received here from him and along with it, the amount of interviews I have been able to obtain because of it. The security guard is very polite along with the woman who checks in all those who come into the center to receive help as well. Thank you guys for your professionalism, help and support. I honestly cannot believe how long it has taken me to write this review but this team definitely deserves it!
Excellent staff! They are helpful, friendly and encouraging. The center is clean, neat and welcoming with computers, fax machines, copiers and printers available to aid you in your job search. Helpful workshops are offered daily along with the option of having a personal coach. This is an outstanding resource for any jobseeker in Sacramento.
