Michael is a legend. A very friendly, genuinely kind person! Highly recommend to anyone with a pest problem. I originally booked Michael for cockroaches but also found a wasps nest that he took care of while he was here. Checked everything thoroughly, explained everything so it was easy to understand. Michael is a breath of fresh air! He goes over and above every time. It was out of sheer luck we found him, very professional, extremely helpful and shares his knowledge of products to buy in order to save us money where he could’ve just charged us triple for it. One day I thought I found termites, he dropped everything was there in the hour… there were no termites ha ha but there aren’t too many tradies/service providers like Michael on the GC. All round good guy that does an excellent job at a fraction of the price of others!
