I had lymphatic massage with Tiffany for my recovery from both total knee replacements, and it was absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and cared for. Her knowledge and gentle approach really helped reduce swelling, improve circulation, and ease the tightness I was feeling. I noticed a huge difference after just one session, and each time I left feeling lighter and more mobile. I’m not typically compelled to leave reviews. Tiffany is definitely worth making an exception for! The Highlights: New client intake was professional, thoughtful, & thorough. Tiffany’s cozy space is clean, inviting, and very calming. You’re immediately swept into a relaxing place! My experience was tailored to my personal preferences and comfort level. I was encouraged to voice my needs and boundaries. I felt seen and appreciated. Overall Impression: The amount of healing power that Tiffany puts into every touch is remarkable. It’s evident that she’s deeply knowledgeable and adept at her craft. I recently underwent Top Surgery. Any uncertainty, tension, or pain that I felt coming in quickly melted away within a few minutes of being under her care. For me, lying on a massage table can feel vulnerable, so I really appreciate the way Tiffany briefly explains her process when moving from one stage to the next. I love coming here! My best friend came here after her mommy makeover and the lymphatic massage helped so much with the swelling. I decided to come here after my 360 lipo, BBL and breast augmentation. Tiffany helped with my drain removal and a small seroma that developed in my abdomen around week 3. She uses cupping and all these amazing tools without hurting you, I fell asleep! Let me tell you that after being in pain and barely able to move, I was able to put my faja and socks on no problem after my massage! It is so hard to find someone local since my surgery was in Miami. Safe Space Bodywork and Ms. Tiffany will help through your entire recovery! I bought the package of 20 right away after seeing how much it helped. Had two massages a week in the first month and then once a week for the last three months. Her space is so comfortable and beautiful, Tiffany is extremely knowledgeable. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you for getting my summer body ready and making me feel confident throughout recovery.

I feel so lucky to have met Tiffany and work with her for my neck/shoulder/upper back pains...i have been driving to North California lately for work and 10 hours in a car can really aggravate the nerves in my neck and back which causes inflammation and pain. During my first consultation, Tiffany noticed that my posture was off and how i need to build certain muscles that are constricting my movement. During the exam, we went over my full medical history and treatments ive had so far. Turns out, my posture is off due to my neck muscles being on edge for years since my accident which caused them to over compensate. The atmosphere her office has is very inviting and helps you relax your guard and the tension you may carry in your body. She goes over your pain points/areas of discomfort to create a treatment plan for you! Tiffany spends her time to fully address those areas of pain and makes sure your pain levels don't increase during treatment. I go for cupping and deep tissue massage. The cupping is amazing and after almost a year of treatment from Tiffany paired with some treatment back home is San Diego, i feel so much better. My range of movement is day n night difference. The muscles in my neck are stronger from the exercises and stretches Tiffany gave me to work on. She really cares about the betterment and wellbeing of her clients. She checks up on me and has no problem giving me advice or guidance on how to further treat my pain. I really appreciate the genuine energy from her and look forward to my next cupping appointment.
