Awesome experience - VERY happy! Joey and Julio converted my gas fireplace to wood (maintaining gas line to use as log starter) and added a custom metal hood to the top of my chimney. They were very professional, knowledgeable, communicative and friendly. I will recommend to family and friends and will use them for annual maintenance. So refreshing to find such a great company with an awesome team! I have already enjoyed several fires in my fireplace and look forward to many more to come!

I have nothing but great things to say about my experience with SafeAir Duct & Chimney. I had 2 areas that needed major repair -- wood siding around the front area of the house and boards had come off of my chimney. I was struggling to find someone I was comfortable working with in these 2 areas....until I found this company. In less than 24hrs from my request for an estimate, Mike was there. We walked my property, he listened to all of my concerns, and even pointed out a few areas that I hadn't noticed. Within an hour, I had a very detailed estimate for the work that I felt was very fair and competitive. The next morning, 2 gentlemen were at my home and got to work. They were incredibly polite, consistently left their work areas in better shape than when they arrived, and attentive to my questions/concerns. As they completed the work, they also were willing to work on smaller tasks that we didn't discuss the first day. Overall, I am very happy with the work that was performed, the workers that were at my home, and Mike's help and coordination of everything. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to work on your home!!

Goodness where to start…If I could give 12 stars I would! This is not a project we have done before on any house so we really went into this knowing we needed to trust our chosen vendor. We got estimates from several companies. I thought I had picked my vendor but I decided to try 1 more and called Safe Air. Gosh I’m SO glad I did. Mike answered immediately and was here to look at our project for a free estimate. He was night and day different than the other companies we met with. Very thorough, informative, relaxed, not pushy. Just helped us with our unique situation. The pricing was truly competitive and beat the others I got. He gave me a very detailed estimate same day, so we knew exactly what we were getting and gave me plenty of options to pick from. With such education we decided to go with Safe Air. Anytime I called or text Mike with questions he would reply immediately. To this day I have no idea how he answers his phone so fast!! He helped me with contractors, tile etc. Install day was great! All the workers were very friendly and they took great care of our other areas even in a construction zone. They made sure they kept their area cleaner than how they found it. We did it in 2 phases because we had other work going on at the same time. Everyone was great. From Mr spider man who can climb anything to Mike and Gal for taking good care of us. This is for sure our fireplace and chimney company! I won’t let anyone else touch it 😆 We are going to try out the duct cleaning service too after all our other construction is done! Thank you team!! October Update - we are so cozy!!! Loving this fire every single day of the chilly weather.
