Another great visit with Dr. Beard and Daniel. They were attentive, informative, and caring. The team at Sage helps me manage my dog’s allergies, reasonable recommendations and suggestions. Joselyn and the front desk staff are always kind and friendly. Even getting up to come around to show Harley love and attention.

This is an excellent animal clinic, and I highly recommend them - if you are looking for considerate staff and high-quality care, please go here. Backstory: I had gone to a different clinic, and I had a horrible experience, so I decided to look for a new vet. I saw really good reviews and decided to call to collect some initial information. From the start, the front office person named Joey was incredibly calm, kind, and patient. He answered all of my questions and never made me feel like my questions were stupid or basic. I decided to schedule and was assigned to Dr. Diana Carroccia. Upon arriving at the clinic, immediately you can tell this is a high-quality clinic. It was very clean and smelled nice. It is a good indication of the cleanliness and attention of the staff. It was also warmly decorated with a lot of natural bright light. The clinic overall simply had very good energy. The front office woman who checked me in was pleasant. No one seemed stressed, and they appeared genuinely happy to work here and help their patients. I went to the exam room, and the nurse was very calm and kind. She was knowledgeable about how to handle an anxious cat. Vet here versus the vet at my last clinic was like night and day. Dr. Carroccia was kind, helpful, and made me feel like this was a partnership. She had no hint of condescension in her voice. And even the way she stated the information was easier for me to follow. Because I have an audio processing issue, I need time to paraphrase and repeat what was said and write things down. The biggest thing for me was that she made space for me to do this instead of cutting me off. She did assure me they would email me, but she worked with me to allow me to process the information in a way I needed to. This is HUGE. If you are someone with anxiety about doctor offices, and you struggle with processing information, you know how painful and disheartening it can be when the other person is dismissing your needs. Dr. Caroccia never did that. I felt safe and calm, which allowed me to focus on my cat's needs instead of fighting to protect myself while trying to advocate for my cat. Dr. Caroccia made it clear she is here with me to support my cat's care. My cat hates the vet and is very stressed by the experience, and while she was still stressed, she actually got up and walked around the room and approached the nurse when she walked in (without running away). I was so shocked and delighted. Another testament to the clinic and staff's good energy. The invoice was emailed right after paying. The vet gave me a clear timeline for when to expect the follow-up email with the X-ray results and next steps. I reached out for her medical records of the visit to submit for an insurance claim, and they emailed within 1 hour (incredible). The record is extremely easy to read and follow, too. The office visit was $135. After all of the items (visit, X-rays, bloodwork, and something else), the total came out to $751. The nurse helped explain what and why something on the bill was needed, and I did not feel cheated or scammed (like I did at the other vet). It was clear what was needed and why - explained in a way that was caring, not condescending. I cannot express enough how grateful I am to the staff for making me and my cat so comfortable. I feel like I can trust them and put my cat's care in their hands. *this was the first visit*

I truly didn’t think that you could have THIS pleasant of a vet visit. Dr. Purdon & the team at Sage could not have been more kind, knowledgeable or warm with me and my bull terrier Bruce. He got in quickly, they were so gentle and didn’t rush his appointment. We have found Bruce’s new vet and I couldn’t be happier to know that he’s in the best hands.

When entering Sage, the receptionists were not only helpful, but kind and efficient in their work. The lobby was modern and well kept. Clients were sitting on benches waiting their turn with their pet. There was even coffee waiting for us humans to prepare. What a wonderful way of inviting people in. Dr Beard and her team treated my cat wonderfully well and Mazie wasn’t frightened and remained calm. Dr Beard is a knowledgeable veterinarian and it’s a pleasure to have my Mazie in her care. She answered all my questions and I was very pleased with the outcome. I recommend Sage highly.

I took my sweet guys here for their annual checkup and I only have positive things to say. Everyone was so professional and clearly love and care about the animals they work with. I was alerted that one of my boys was in need of a dental cleaning and possibly teeth extractions. They walked me through the entire process and checked in multiple times before the day of the procedure. I felt comfortable the entire time my little guy was with Sage and knew he was in good hands. I can’t recommend Sage enough!!
