Hands down the best sushi I’ve ever had. Every piece was incredibly fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared — you can truly taste the quality in every bite. On top of that, our waiter Lily went above and beyond in every possible way. Attentive, friendly, and genuinely caring, Lily made the entire experience unforgettable. Easily one of the greatest waiters in the history of waiting on tables. Amazing food, outstanding service — I’ll absolutely be back.

I’ve been to Saki Blue a few times and my bar tender /server. Brian has been freaking amazing he’s attentive. He listens to understand exactly what I want to eat and make the perfect drink drinks. He’s the reason I keep coming back to sake Blue.

Loved the food! Such an awesome experience to eat with a show! They are always making us laugh and making sure we are having a great time! The only down size is the are only two restrooms! And usually they have a wait time 15 to 30 minutes. But I usually wait at the bar and enjoy a drink. It's still very kid friendly.

I was slightly hesitant to go into this place but I'm glad I did. The atmosphere is warm & inviting. The servers are too notch & the food was very tasty. It offers a variety of styles from hibachi to sushi to standard Asian dishes and they have their special & unique varieties as well. If you like a good Asian meal & decent service, this place is for you. The prices are also fair! Also, the male waiter with the long died blonde hair is top notch 💯 (sorry I forgot your name, "poker pro" here). GL!
