I've been coming here for years and really love it. A very nice place to practice and really nice straight forward guidance and teachings. The thing that really makes it for me is the chance to stay after and chat to fellow meditators and other like minded people who have chosen to spend their Saturday morning meditating with a group! If you do come, I highly recommend you stay for tea and biscuits! 🥰🥰 ☕🍪😋
