Tara was such a pleasant and knowledgeable person who helped me select the products I needed. She also recommended products in a really thoughtful (and not a tad bit salesy) way. I could not have had a better experience here and look forward to my next visit!

**Terrible Experience - Avoid This Store!** I had an absolutely awful experience at Sally’s Beauty Supply. The moment I walked in, the manager, Tara, made me feel like I didn’t belong there. Her attitude was unwelcoming, and she seemed annoyed that I was even in the store. It was clear she didn’t want to be there and treated me with a level of disdain that was both shocking and unacceptable. Tara's behavior came off as both racist and misandrist, making me feel extremely uncomfortable the entire time. Her lack of professionalism and basic human decency is astounding. I’ve never been treated so poorly in a store before, and it was a deeply unsettling experience. I strongly advise anyone considering shopping here to avoid it at all costs. No one deserves to be treated the way I was. There are plenty of other beauty supply stores with staff who actually care about their customers. This place is a disgrace. M

This location is the worst ! I don’t ever use the race card but i genuinely felt the staff was being rude to me because of the color of my skin. The girl working there ( i don’t remember her name) with a bad dye job was the really rude. She acted as if was there to steal and had a condescending attitude the whole time. People like her shouldn’t work retail. The owner of this location should give the staff more training on customer service. The employee’s bad attitude reflects on them as much as it does on the employee. And from reading the other reviews i wasn’t the only one with a bad experience at this place. I will definitely be going to Ulta for my hair products from now on. I wish i could give this place negative stars. 👎🏼👎🏼

In attempt to purchase a beard trimmer I was trying to look at them behind the counter which is the only place they are in the store and one employee encouraged me to look at them. Then another employee told me to move away from the counter while I was evaluating the trimmers and was pretty rude. So because of this I decided not to buy in-store and instead I took a picture of the trimmer and I will be buying on Amazon and not through Sally’s. I recommend placing the trimmers in a better place to evaluate or train your employees to be more helpful when someone want to purchase a. $100+ trimmer.
