Today I came to validate the warranty on a Baby Liss dryer that was defective. The wire gauge couldn't hold up, causing it to overheat and create a short circuit. In addition to the supplier's warranty, a two-year insurance policy was purchased. The girl who helped us had agreed to replace the dryer, but in the end, the manager refused to make the change and said we had to call the supplier because it still had the one-year warranty from the supplier. In conclusion, don't buy insurance for the equipment you purchase because they will scam you; it is not valid. Don't buy from this store. There's no point in buying the insurance that they claim guarantees replacements at any time.
