My experience at Salon Halo was warm, welcoming, and truly one of the most relaxing hair appointments I’ve ever had. Abigale did beautiful work and gave me exactly what I wanted, and Desi added to the visit with the most amazing shampoo experience. I left feeling refreshed and taken care of. Can’t wait for my next appointment

I had a complimentary consultation with Sharon she spent so much time explaining to me regarding human hair wig what hair color n style n she is very helpful n kind spent so much time with me . She even helped me to put it on. And told me step by step what she gonna do n the the price .. im undecided yet. But will definitely see her again i trust her with my 1500 human hair wig . Thank u Sharon The salon is clean and welcoming.

Amazing Blow Out! Tiffany blew out my long, thick, and curly hair beautifully. I received several compliments before I even left the salon. :-) Tiffany was very skilled and knew exactly how to smooth out my hair...leaving it shiny and silky. She is also a very kind and positive person, and you can tell that she loves her job!

Ask for Kelsey!! I came in to see Kelsey after letting my natural dark blonde grow out way too long, and my hair was all kinds of chaotic. I had been asked to be a bridesmaid and really wanted to feel confident and look my best — and Kelsey delivered beyond my expectations. I’m normally pretty shy and not big on small talk, but Kelsey struck the perfect balance of chatting enough to make me comfortable while also giving me calm quiet moments. It made the whole appointment feel relaxed and enjoyable. I brought inspiration photos, and she was amazing about explaining the pros/cons and setting realistic expectations. She really knows her stuff — and then she nailed the look. The color came out absolutely gorgeous, and I felt beautiful and confident at the wedding. To be clear, Kelsey did not do the styling in the pictures below - I was too excited after getting exactly what I wanted to remember to take an after photo so the ones below are from the actual wedding which happened two weeks later lol But the gorgeous color is all Kelsey’s handiwork! I cannot recommend her enough. If you want someone talented, thoughtful, and genuinely great to work with, book with Kelsey. I can’t wait to go back with my next fun idea!

I am extremely disappointed with the service i received I asked for a balayage which i attached the picture of the inspo i showed them which they said they could do it. It was my first time ever getting anything done to my hair and it did not turn out how i asked. Once the service was done i told the stylist i really wasn’t happy with it and we agreed on seeing if i liked it once i had my hair curly and i didn’t so i went and told me and i was reassured it would be fixed free of charge as long as i was within the 14 days which once again i was and well unfortunately the stylist was sick so my appointment needed to be rescheduled which is fine i understand once again i asked if it was going to be free or charge which the manager again said yes it will. I called two days prior my appointment to make sure everything was good and she said yes i asked to make sure it was free of charge which then she said no because i was a model service even though they knew this the whole time i had a model service done so she said i would have to pay to get it corrected even though i had expressed my concern the day it was done and i was told multiple times it was going to be free of charge. The manager that i was texting said it should’ve been corrected the day of but it wasn’t. Honestly im extremely disappointed never going back. The fact that they don’t keep their word and didn’t do what i had asked for to start with it’s extremely unprofessional!
