I saw David today for a haircut. I will say that I have not had my hair professionally cut since 2016 (I’ve been doing it myself). David was a total pleasure. Really listened to what I wanted (I’m fussy and I talk a lot -LOL) and he delivered. Thank you!!!

I got my hair cut here back in february and I loved it so I decided to come back for hair dye. My stylist told me multiple times that we would not have to lighten my hair to get me to the color I wanted and I believed her. I wanted a dark cherry color and I have dark brown hair, when I was done with my appointment only my roots had color. There was zero color on my mids and ends. I had spent $300 on the color and I was unhappy with the results. I emailed them about a refund and the owner reached out to me. He was trying to get my info for a refund. I am unable to receive or make phone calls at the moment and I told them that but the owner said he would call me but never did. It’s been about 2 weeks since someone has reached out to me and there is still no refund. It is unfortunate because I really loved my stylist and all the people there! I would recommend coming here for haircuts but have a long discussion about hair dying.
