This was my third haircut with Bella. My first visit went really well—I was very happy with the result and even left her a 5-star review. That’s why I decided to come back. My second visit wasn’t quite as good, and I needed to give some guidance, but I still believed she had great potential. Today, for my third visit, I asked for the same style as before—shoulder-length with layers—and she agreed. However, the result turned out quite different from what I expected. My long hair was cut much shorter than I wanted, and I again found myself needing to explain how to adjust it. I do think she is talented, but her work seems a bit inconsistent, depending on how carefully she takes her time. I also noticed when I got home that my face and clothes were covered in hair, so I had to shower right away and lost the style.

I had my hair cut by Bella. She was great! I came in with quite a mess from a previous haircut elsewhere. She took the time to make sure that between the short layers, the length I wanted, and my existing highlights, that everything looked right and was cleaned up. I really appreciate the time and effort she put into it. I enjoyed talking to her and she had nothing but great things to say about the owner and other stylist. The place smelled good, music was at a good level, everything was comfortable and cozy. Thank you!
