I started going to Salon Soleil on a whim just looking for a hair place that was closer to my house and WOW I got so lucky finding this place! The little shop is in the heart of downtown Norfolk and has the best people! I see Tarah every time and always have the best time with her. She is incredibly talented and always does a phenomenal job with my hair! All the employees in the salon are friendly and funny and welcoming and make longer appointments very enjoyable. I won't go anywhere else after going here!

The best salon in Norfolk. Tarah took me from dark brown to bright blonde hair and I love my results every time. All the stylists are so friendly and make the salon a very welcoming atmosphere

I’ve been going to Amanda for years, and I can honestly say she is the best stylist I’ve ever had. She always listens to exactly what I want, gives thoughtful recommendations, and consistently delivers results that I love. Whether it’s a simple trim, color, or a whole new look, I always leave her chair feeling confident and taken care of. Salon Soleil itself has such a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. The space is clean, bright, and beautifully maintained, and the entire staff is friendly and professional. Every visit feels like a treat. If you’re looking for a stylist who truly cares about her clients and a salon that makes you feel right at home, I can’t recommend Salon Soleil enough!

Tarah did an AMAZING job on my hair, felt like a whole new person when I left and am still obsessed with it! She also made me feel welcome and comfortable! I wouldn’t want anyone else to do my hair! Not only does this salon have a cute welcoming vibe once you walk in but everyone there is amazing, welcoming and professional. I would definitely recommend this place any day to everyone I know! Whether you need a touch up or a whole new look this is definitely the place to go for a good time and leaving feeling refreshed and amazing!

I've been going to Salon Soleil for a very long time! Everyone is always welcoming, energetic, and straight up hilarious. I always love hanging out on a Saturday laughing and chatting with everyone while getting my hair done. Tarah's been doing my hair for YEARS and I don't know what I'd do without her! She's honest about what will and won't work for my hair and lifestyle, and has done so many colors and styles on me I can't even count. She's so creative and is always down to experiment with different cuts and colors. I love changing my hair regularly so unless I ask, she always does something fresh I haven't had before! I attached just some of the many, many photos I have from over the years.
