This has been my hair salon since I moved to Knoxville 5 years ago. I guess I got lucky because I love coming here every time. My hairdresser/stylist has always been Melissa and I couldn’t recommend her more! This is a great hair salon, people are nice, respectful and professional. Best place!

Very disappointed in my color . Or lack of color. Had to use a different person because the perfect person who Ive been using there for years is no longer there. I ask for same level. Showed her pictures of last color I absolutely loved and I honestly feel like instead of giving color she sucked the color out . I’m so upset. Total with tips 270.00 . I’m going to post picture of my last I showed and expected to get and now what I got

I made an appointment online with Josh and my hair is very happy I did. I’m very happy I made the appointment. I was welcomed warmly by the staff upon my entry into the salon. You know our hair truly helps our overall mood and when I left I can tell you for sure I was a 10+ on the mood scale 🥰. Josh is not only an artist with the scissors he is an artist of the soul. I came in yesterday spur of the moment (I’m a spontaneous person) during by break from work. Marlon did an amazing job doing a quick but amazing cut for me in time for me to get back to work. He looked at my inspiration images and dove right in. I personally have had issues with going to other salons and getting a similar cut that is typically not as choppy or as symmetrical as I like. He did his absolute due diligence to make sure every hair fell beautifully and naturally while absolutely slaying this cut! 10/10 would and do recommend! He did such an outstanding job I made sure to book my next cut on the spot. If you’re debating this salon I say just do it! All of the people are super friendly and it’s a beautiful salon. Also, definitely get a wash when you get the haircut, the head massage is top tier!

My color stylist was Kylie, she did an amazing job on my color! I came in with blonde and wanted a major change. Still wanting some blonde but wanted more red. She nailed it. I can't remember the lady who did my cut, but she also did amazing! I wanted more layers and body to my hair. I love it. Both the cut and color makes me feel beautiful and professional for work! Thank you so much!
