We were repeat customers and had always had positive experiences until this visit. On Sunday, while celebrating my birthday, my boyfriend rented two jet skis and a boat. While anchoring, a strong current caused the anchor line to become caught in the engine. We immediately contacted Salty’s, and a staff member came out and instructed us to cut the line, which we did. After returning, our card was charged $331 for an anchor replacement without prior authorization. I understand the need to recover costs when equipment is damaged; however, charging full retail replacement pricing — especially at an inflated rate — does not feel fair or standard. Replacement charges are typically based on actual cost, not retail markup. As a local resident familiar with purchasing and pricing, this was disappointing, especially since we followed staff instructions and acted in good faith. This review reflects our honest experience. If Salty’s is willing to adjust the anchor charge to a fair amount based on true replacement cost, I would welcome that conversation. Until then, this experience has unfortunately changed how we feel about returning.

I had sooooo much fun omg , cheap prices ! I will do it again ! Kai went out in the water with us and took our pictures for us. They came out really nice, everyone was really friendly and welcoming.

They were very accommodating for our group of 10 people and 5 jet skis. They shared the safety, operating manuals, and most popular routes we could take. And they were very friendly and easy to do business with. Great experience all around.

Our group had an absolute blast on the Salty’s Water Sports Dolphin Tour in Fort Pierce! From the moment we stepped onto the boat, the crew made us feel like we were setting sail with old friends, warm, funny, and genuinely passionate about what they do. The water was sparkling, the breeze was perfect, and within minutes we spotted our first pod of dolphins, playfully riding the wake like they were showing off just for us.We all loved how relaxed and fun the experience was, part adventure, part ocean therapy.

Such an awesome experience renting from these guys. My boyfriend Luke and I rented a jet ski for 4 hours, we made it a little over an hour in and it started pouring rain and lightening. The time on the rental was phenomenal and so so much fun. Not only were Hannah and Morgan very informative, but they took great care of us with reimbursement of the lost time due to storm. Hannah, Kai, and Morgan were all fantastic, welcoming, and funny. Please take this recommendation to book with these guys! We will definitely be using Salty Water Sports from here on out. The jet ski was also very comfortable, well maintained, and fast! Thank you guys!!
