After renting from them for 2 years (with payment set on autopay), when we called for a repair, we were told our area was no longer being serviced. We had no notification of this. Our only option was to schedule a pickup and close our account. We are moving in about a month and a half, so too long to go without a washer and dryer but also too short a time to rent from another company, so this puts us in a horrible situation. When I called to schedule the pickup, I asked that my autopay be turned off and for us to not be charged on the upcoming payment day, given we would no longer have the machines. The representative refused to stop the auto-payment schedule and refused to let me speak with someone else. Additionally, I can't make any changes online because they closed our account virtually already. This is extremely frustrating, especially after renting from them with perfect payment history for 2+ years. Horrible way to treat good/loyal customers.

Buyer beware! I was led to believe that the refrigerator I purchased was much newer and after two months of Usage, the defrost heater element is going out or the thermometer or something. Called and of course they only Will honored their 30 day warranty which I understand but it’s still pretty disappointing. Paid $700 for a 14-year-old Refrigerator. They must’ve seen me come a mile away. For me once. I’ll never shop again.

Neat stuff. Rather pricey though.

We have purchased a few items here, including a washer and dryer in 2014. The washer is still working fine, but just replaced the dryer with another one from Salvage Warehouse and they replaced and took away the old one very quickly. I Highly recommend this place.
