We went on a brunch cruise, but our experience was quite frustrating. Initially, we left the dock but immediately turned around and returned, spending a significant amount of time just sitting at the dock. It had been raining that morning, and the website indicated that we needed to be there in person to determine if the event was canceled or not. We tried calling the phone number listed online, but there was no response. Despite the uncertain weather conditions, we decided to go ahead with the brunch. However, due to unfavorable weather conditions and strong winds, the boat had to turn around once again, leaving us waiting at the dock without any communication or direction for at least an hour. Eventually, they informed us that we could board another boat at no additional cost. However, when I called the lady in charge, she mentioned a charge of $20 per person, in addition to a $20 parking fee. Considering the disappointing experience we had already endured, we didn't feel this was worth it. We've been trying to obtain a refund multiple times, but each time we call, we are told she's busy with another customer and to call back tomorrow. When we do call back, we're assured of a refund, but nothing ever happens. Dealing with this situation has been frustrating, and we've essentially lost $175, not including the parking fee.
