Sam’s IT solutions was amazing and so convenient! I needed my laptop fixed and they came the next day. It only took about 30min-1 hour to fix my laptop. Additionally, Sam gave advice and answered all my questions regarding laptop care and battery usage. I would recommend this service to anyone who has a busy schedule and needs their laptop fixed right away. I’ll definitely be using this service again in the future :)

The 5 stars on Google and Yelp are 100% earned and deserved! 🌟 Sam is polite, personable, professional, and courteous. Truly a gentleman who was is knowledgeable and expert in his craft, and I definitely recommend his services to everyone in need of IT repair and help. Sam asked me about the model, lifespan and particulars of my Acer laptop, and was able to resolve longstanding issues I was even unaware of, and that is the kind of professional service I expect as another professional in the space. He kindly walked me through all my questions about the battery and its replacement, and the price was more than fair! 👍 Sam is also just a cool guy 😎 Thank you Sam, I will be going back to you in the future IT. This is serious, because I never write reviews, but got to let everyone know Sam is the real deal
