Sam’s IT solutions was amazing and so convenient! I needed my laptop fixed and they came the next day. It only took about 30min-1 hour to fix my laptop. Additionally, Sam gave advice and answered all my questions regarding laptop care and battery usage. I would recommend this service to anyone who has a busy schedule and needs their laptop fixed right away. I’ll definitely be using this service again in the future :)

Truly a gentleman who was is knowledgeable and expert in his craft, and I definitely recommend his services to everyone in need of IT repair and help. Sam asked me about the model, lifespan and particulars of my Acer laptop, and was able to resolve longstanding issues I was even unaware of, and that is the kind of professional service I expect as another professional in the space.
