had my note 5 screen fixed here years ago, and came back to get my flip 5 front screen fixed too. hassle free and easy repair, price was reasonable too. do make sure to call and check if the part is in stock, and they will reserve it for you! luckily I did because someone else had come in that morning with the same phone wanting the same repair, but they honoured my reservation 🥲🙌

The team at this location were very kind, respectful and skilled. I had my phone fixed at an unauthorised repair centre and it ended up causing more issues. I then went to the samsung store at highpoint and they quoted me about 1000 to repair and recommended I just get a new phone. The team here tested the phone, explained the problem and repaired my phone to full function for much less than quoted at the actual samsung shop. I know fixing a phone can be expensive and I don't mind paying for a good result. I am mostly very happy because I know the job has been done right.

Extremely fast and efficient. Went to three other phone repair shops and they all said it would take 3 weeks as they didn't have the parts. This place fixed it within an hour and charged a pretty reasonable price given the urgent situation ($149 for a broken charging port, Samsung S23 FE). Very relaxed and pretty quiet atmosphere and the person (Kirat I believe?) was calm, collected and professional and didn't speak much words but let the work speak for itself. Would come here again 100/100 times when I need a fix.
