Great shop! I called about finding a bike in my size and spoke with Rayna, who helped me pick out some options over the phone. When I came in to take a look, she was incredibly helpful, adjusted everything to my liking for a test ride, and communicated everything very clearly. Not only did I get a sweet bike in record time, she even stayed late to add on a stem extender for me. Everyone else was friendly and talkative, it felt like they all really enjoyed their jobs, and they made me feel very welcome. This will be my new go-to bike shop in San Diego, 10/10!

We rented a 7 speed hybrid bike and an electric bike for the day. The bikes were ready, everything worked. We rode around the water front, took the ferry over to Coronado Island, rode around the island, enjoyed the beaches, had lunch, took the 4:30 ferry back. We had a great time. We started to ride around to the South end of the island but road construction had us going over a bridge without a bike lane. I'm a coward when it comes to riding bikes with cars on busy roads.

Rented a bike for day. Fantastic service: fast, competent, great bike - helpful and chill staff/techs. Came with lights, helmet and a lock! Would 100% do again, 10/10.

I'm going straight to the point here. I'll encourage all folks,to stop and shop here, at San Diego Bike Shop..they literally have it all, all types of bike parts and rider gear and a great place to repair your bike.also bikes you can shop for,most importantly is the friendly and out going people that work here,there vibes are one of a kind,come in and ask for Omar,,Rayna,David.im honored to come across such a great bike shop in San Diego and have the honor to actually now know the crew and ride with them so don't hesitate to stop in and check them out for yourselves thanks again SD Bike Shop.

Don’t judge a book by its cover. The E bikes are awesome and the staff is friendly. We rented the Fuji E bikes and put in close to 100 miles on them over the weekend. We biked to La Jolla one day and over to Coronado the other. Great shop! Highly recommend!
