I’ve worked with Nick for 5 years now ever since moving to San Diego. My previous tax guy was incredible so I had high expectations and worried about getting a lousy tax service as I know many people experience. Nick and his taxman team exceeded expectations! Thy are timely, professional, answer questions honestly and thoroughly, accurate and have gotten me the most on tax returns. I highly recommend The San Diego Tax Man for all your tax preparation needs! Even though I now live in Los Angeles full-time, I trust Mihn Tra and Dennis O’Connor completely with my taxes. Their remote tax preparation process is seamless, efficient, and stress-free. They are always responsive, professional, and go above and beyond to make sure everything is handled correctly. The reorganization of this company has destroyed my high opinion of this company. My taxes were handled poorly, lost in the shuffle. Then, when finally completed, I owed for the first time in 28 years. I told them I didn't have the funds and needed to file for delayed payment (which I did)...they took their fee and submitted my checking account for FULL PAYMENT of my tax bill! My checking account is hugely negative today and now I cannot pay my other bills that are due now. Very disappointed in this company's service.
