We couldn’t be happier with the excellent carpet cleaning service we received. Theodore is very knowledgeable about handmade rugs, which was just what we needed. He handled everything for us—from picking up our cherished rug from our storage unit in San Francisco to delivering it back to our home. The rug was cleaned thoroughly and packaged carefully to keep it safe from any pests, since we can’t lay it out yet because it might be a tripping hazard for my elderly mother. We highly recommend their carpet cleaning services—definitely a five-star experience!

We had just received the keys to our new rental home and were surprised to see that the carpets and the tile grout were really dirty. I was really worried I’d have to get rid of my new carpet after my cat had an accident from being sick. Finally, I decided to look for a professional carpet cleaning service in San Francisco. Javier answered my call right away and was very friendly. He explained why the usual cleaning products weren’t working and told me about their special process, which was guaranteed to remove the odor. We scheduled a time for him to come out and I was really glad I called. Javier used a black light to find exactly where the smell was coming from and did a special treatment on those spots before cleaning the whole carpet. He finished everything quickly, in under an hour, and the price was much better than having to buy a new carpet. If my pets ever have another accident, I’ll definitely call Javier first instead of wasting money on over-the-counter cleaners. Now, the carpet still looks and smells fresh, and I feel so much better about my home. Even after a long time, the odor hasn’t come back at all!
