After my long term mechanic retired this year. I was a nervous wreck trying to find another trustworthy mechanic shop. I am super mechanically challenged (can't even change my own oil) but I super loyal to those who have proven themselves as being honest and reasonable. That is exactly what I have found with Sandalwood Automotive. I have been there twice already, two different cars just a couple months apart. Both times there was total transparency and honesty with what was essential repair and what could wait. These guys dotted every I and crossed every T with professional attitude and extremely knowledgeable mechanics. I am now a customer for life!! I super highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for the same values as what is important to me. Honesty Transparency and a Caring approach for essential and or suggested.
Had the best service experience! Called early right when they opened up. Needed a last minute oil change for my wife’s car. They told me come on in. Once I checked in, they took the car performed the oil change and did a full vehicle inspection with photo documentation. I thought for sure this was going to cost a pretty penny. But I was blown away that it cost way less then what some of these big chain quick change places charge. These guys rotated the tires, told me the percentage of brake ware and checked all the fluids. The even reset the tpms sensors on all tires. All set and done I received an email with a detailed report on the vehicles condition. Super grateful for these guys, very personable and helpful. Felt great leaving there knowing my wife’s care was well cared for. We will definitely be back for our car care needs. Plus it’s great to do business with a local, privately owned business.
I love this auto repair shop. Every time I have taken my car in there it is always less than what I thought it was going to cost me. How often can you say that?! The Kia dealership once charged me over $500 just to change my spark plugs. They are very honest and don't try to upsell you on a bunch of stuff you don't need like a dealership does. You will not be disappointed if you take your car here.
We were very impressed with our services from Sandalwood. We originally brought our Highlander to the Toyota dealership for a general auto safety inspection and they gave us a list of over $1,500 of repairs that “needed immediate attention”. We decided to call Sandalwood based on their great google reviews and we are so glad we did. There was only one small thing that needed to be done & they gave us a very reasonable price for the service. Appreciate their honesty and affordable pricing! Will absolutely be returning again.
Great shop to deal with! I do automotive repairs for family and friends and always in need of a close shop to do alignment or misc things I can't. Im very picky with my alignments and how they drive after. I took my vehicle up there and asked for an alignment that was different specification than the vehicle was called for. I dropped off early before the appointment and vehicle was complete shortly after the appointment time. Everyone I talked to was friendly and great to deal with. After some driving around the alignment feels great. I will be back with further alignment and needs as they arise
