It took 4 hours to replace 1 tire. They told me 3 so I left . I left the damaged ture. The service guy said they would call. I never received a call so I went back on my own. It then took another hour to get the new tire on my car. I had to say I need to leave for them to actually get the new tire on my car. It was not that busy.
