This is for our a/c maintenance. Christopher has been great, he carefully inspected the system, found problems and provided options to take care of them. This saves us future surprises when we need the system the most. He was polite, easy to talk to and yet very professional.

Sandium's tech (Chris C) stopped by as scheduled and did a thorough job of inspecting our heater and suggested some small fixes (which could be delayed). He was efficient, knowledgeable and left everything clean. The service overall was great.

Sandium installed our furnace and tankless water heater 15 years ago and have been maintaining the units since then. They always provide excellent service. Christopher came today for our annual furnace tune-up, and he was professional, knowledgeable and thorough. I highly recommend Sandium!

Noe T. Was awesome very professional, on time, work was efficient and he explained everything as he did it. Was courteous about shoe protectors when walking in the house, price was reasonable and easily paid in person at conclusion of service. Overall would recommend, a great experience
