I recently visited Sanjiva medical spa with my husband for a consultation regarding my under-eye concerns, and we had an amazing experience. Alexis was absolutely wonderful! She explained everything very clearly and suggested PRF treatment along with a few other options that could help me. What we loved most about Alexis is how sweet, patient, and knowledgeable she is. Even though we asked the same questions multiple times, she never hesitated or made us feel rushed. She took her time and made sure we understood every detail. My husband was extremely impressed with her explanations—so much that he decided to get a couple of treatments for himself as well, even though the consultation was originally for me!
