Last week I went to Sapien for a hydro facial, and I was absolutely blown away by the results. The session lasted almost three hours, and honestly, it was the best thing that’s ever happened to my face, neck, and chest. Kristen, the esthetician, gave me the most incredible facial I’ve ever had — hands down. From the beginning, the experience was on another level. Before starting the treatment, they had me go through a skin analysis using a specialized machine to assess the condition of my skin. They showed me the results, explained what was going on with my skin, and gave me personalized recommendations — including the importance of using sunscreen regularly. It felt very thoughtful and professional. Since moving to the U.S., I’ve tried facials in many spas across several states, including plenty here in Washington, and I’ve always ended up disappointed. It usually felt like a quick exfoliation, steam, and some creams. But at Sapien, the level of care, detail, and expertise was totally different. Kristen’s attention to detail during the extractions was a solid 10/10. The equipment they use is top-of-the-line, and the facial room was so comfortable I actually fell asleep during the session — which is rare for me. I usually can’t nap during the day, much less during a facial, but it was so relaxing that I just drifted off. When I woke up, my skin felt transformed — baby smooth. And what amazed me even more is that not only did my skin look and feel amazing that same day, but it stayed that way. It’s been a week, and my skin still feels incredibly soft and glowing. They even gave me a small complimentary hydrating cream, which I’ve been using since the appointment, and it’s made a big difference. My skin just feels amazing. I’ve been raving about Sapien to all my friends and anyone who will listen. Every penny spent on this kind of self-care here is 100% worth it. I’m already counting down the days until my next visit!

Kristin is truly a magician. Things I love about Sapien (and Kristin): - They never push products that you don't need - Available to answer your questions even outside of your appointment - Provide you with a skincare routine which in my opinion is way more beneficial then ad hoc treatments When I first started seeing Kristin years ago, I wouldn't be caught dead without makeup on leaving my house. Now, I am so confident in my skin I mostly just wear tinted sunscreen. Can't say enough great things about this place. The only reason it took me so long to write a review was the fear of it getting too popular :).
