Erin was truly amazing. She made everything so seamless for somebody who is not into being tech-savvy. Everything is done through an online portal and kept confidential between you and her. She explained the Process, the timeframe, and HOW to get which supporting documents she would need to work on my file. Erin if you’re seeing this, love you! 🫶😂 and thank you for taking me (a stranger) on And holding my hand through this process because I truly have no idea what I was doing As a single mom with health insurance through marketplace, She really helped me get the best return possible. She is a very good person, Just from talking to her, I feel comfortable using her next year again. She didn’t make me feel stupid when I didn’t know how to get some of my information. First time I've used Sapphire. Excellent platform. Easy upload of my documents. Constant reminders came my way to keep me on track. My return is quite complex in my opinion and Erin kept me moving. I highly recommend Sapphire for large and small returns. Personal service, lots of communication. Plan to use them next year.
