When a recent corporate event held at Tucson Auto Museum called for a "smoke and fire" dining experience, Sapphire Catering brought the heat! Tri-tip and smoked chicken cooked at our location on their mobile grill, an array of flavorful and hearty side dishes, and deep-dish cherry cobbler was a menu that BBQ dreams are made of. As an event planner, I'm keeping Sapphire Catering on speed-dial and will definitely use them again at the earliest opportunity.

Kim and her team at Sapphire Catering Services are a top-notch option for your catering needs. We had a group of 200 football team families and opted for a barbecue menu of beef, chicken, mac-n-cheese, vegetarian options, and more — the food was so delicious and plentiful. Their service was professional and seamless…they got everyone through the food serving lines quickly and brought everything for set up and service with them, which made our lives easier with so much to consider when planning and executing an event. Can’t recommend them enough!
