When my husband and I decided to buy a house, we were staring into the complete unknown. We didn't have anyone that we could ask for advice or recommendations, and neither of us had any idea about the process. So I started my Google searches, and I luckily typed the right words that led me straight to one of Sarah's buying a house 101 videos. I learned so much from that one short video. It was exactly what I needed to get started; I was able to get a plan and know what questions to ask. I looked at a few agents after that but felt like it was a waste of time not to just call Sarah. I am the person that researches a subject for hours, making sure I know all of my options, but for some reason, after only a few minutes of looking, my gut was telling me to just email Sarah, so I did. I am so forever grateful that I listened to myself. Sarah quickly responded to me and had a meeting scheduled with us very close to my house for the next day. We met, and I instantly knew I had made the right decision to contact her. Right from the beginning, she made us feel more relaxed about the process, and within a 30-minute meeting, we had a plan and went home with so much more confidence about the process. We followed her suggestions, starting with a loan officer, Nathan, who was also amazing, and various inspection specialists that helped us so much to make sure we were buying a nice place. The 3 months of the rollercoaster ride of finding a home was made so smooth and optimistic by Sarah. We had our 4-year-old daughter with us every step of the way, and she made her feel just as involved and welcomed as we were. Her background and connections in home appraisal was a huge help in our search and especially once we were in escrow. Knowing nothing prior to starting this journey made learning about escrow a huge mental overload. We fully trusted Sarah and what she said, so we let her take the reins and came out with a huge win. Sarah helped us in every way. Without her knowledge, connections, and experience, we would not be in the home we are in today. We are living in our forever dream home only because of Sarah Moon. I can keep going, but I will leave it there. In our opinion, she is the best.
