It is a privilege to find such a wonderful place filled with so much compassion. This is where I learn and also find answers. I always leave the place a happier person. Thank you so much to everyone who started and maintained this wonderful source of joy!

They have meditation classes every week and also longer 10 day vipassana retreats over the Christmas and Easter holidays. The meditation teaching is in the authentic mahasi sayadaw style. The venerable and volunteers are friendly and helpful and would answer any questions regarding meditation etc. This is one of the best places in Manchester to learn Buddhist vipassana meditation.
