A family opal was removed from a ring and made into a necklace. The jewelry maker did a beautiful job and expedited it so I could take it on a trip. I worked with Jason and he walked me through the process including trading the old setting for store credit. Everyone in the store is friendly, helpful and informative. Have always loved Sartor Hamann. They are my jewelers and I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.

Sartor Hamann did an incredible job of making the perfect engagement ring using only inspirational material and my descriptions. Anna was especially great help! Anna worked enthusiastically to bring my thoughts together, she was patient and receptive to my ideas, and was very understanding of my personal circumstances. I recently traded some gold and diamond jewelry in exchange for new diamond rings at the Southpointe store. Lacey B approached me from the start and helped me out during the process each visit I really want to say what a pleasure the whole process was. She literally could not have been more friendly and accommodating. She had great ideas on choices and such warm enthusiasm. She was knowledgeable and professional and so fun to work with She kept me informed on the process via text and even forwarded small videos of potential jewelry I was looking to purchase.
