We were referred to Sash by our vet as our older dog Lola is having some issues. I couldn't have been happier with Dr Salih (full details below). We rushed my big boy Knox up to SASH on Sunday afternoon with severe diarrhoea and loss of mobility/strength in hind legs. From the moment we stepped in the front door the staff in reception were so compassionate, helpful and accommodating. The triage nurse was very gentle, kind and understanding of my boy whilst he was very anxious and a bit reactive. We also had a very caring, knowledgeable and thorough vet during Knox’s admission which put me at ease with him having to stay overnight. I got a follow up call this morning to let me know how he was doing, the specialist had also already assessed him and had a game plan for his treatment! I was reassured throughout the whole process that he was being well cared for and receiving lots of love from the staff ❤️

Fantastic place - reception and waiting area is well thought out to ensure comfort for all during a stressful time. We were kept up to date with our pets progress throughout their treatment over several days. The staff are all lovely - we are very grateful for the prompt attention given to our boy who had a blockage and required out of hours surgery and super grateful to Dr James King for staying till 2 am after a long day to do the operation, and Dr Sarah for her excellent post care in ICU. Maverick is very grateful 🥹 picture attached for cuteness!

This place is amazing. In the 3 years I’ve owned my cat I’ve brought up her mouth breathing to all 4 vets I’ve visited over that time and most shrugged it off. Only after I noticed her breathing became worse I took her straight to the SASH, knowing it was just up the road. They recommended a CT scan, something not a single vet at a local clinic had ever mentioned before. From this scan we learned my cat had a giant mass blocking the majority of her nasal area! The team quickly identified her issue, removed the mass on the day, and within another two days her biopsy is complete and we have a treatment plan for her going forward. All my concerns and questions about her health - finally answered! With incredibly diligent and high quality care by extremely supportive and knowledge vets. I feel so comforted knowing my cat finally has the care she needed and love that this place is always open should anything else happen to her. On top of that, it has a wonderful waiting room with a feline only area!

We cannot speak highly enough of the staff at SASH when we found ourselves heading down there last night after discovering our dear old Lab had swallowed a wooden kebab skewer. The staff were kind caring and very compassionate giving us updates when they could despite also having to deal with several emergencies that came in. We were so very impressed with the layout of the facility, its cleanliness and a lot of thought obviously gone in to accommodate the patients and their owners. Sitting area to wait is spacious but also setup to allow privacy for us all awaiting outcomes. Our dear Sadie was treated very well, treatment was discussed with us and any questions and concerned answered. Reception staff lovely and friendly and caring. Our girl is 100 percent recovered today thanks to the great staff Our heartfelt thanks to all, especially wonderful Dr. Monica who looked after us all 😌😌😌
