My daughter scheduled a massage for me because of my highly stressful job. I was hesitant because I’ve never gotten a massage before, but it was wonderful. The massage therapist who worked with me was Ihor. He was patient and endured all my questions. He explained everything he did as he went through it. He was truly wonderful and helped tremendously with the pain I had been experiencing in my neck and shoulder area. I can’t recommend him and thus spa highly enough.

I had come here a year ago with my husband and got a couples massage. This year I set up an appt and never got a confrimation email but I know they had the right email because I still had the one from a year ago. On the day of my appt, I couldnt remember if it was at 1,2 or 4pm ( those were the times i was going back and forth with). I realized the spa was right next to the hotel i was staying at. I called first. I was on hold for about 4 min. so I set a timer to call back in 5 min. Called back, hold for 5 more min. they have a msg that says press 0 to leave a vm. so i did. I also messaged them on instagram saying" i can’t remember the time and i don’t want to miss it, please contact me. I went to the spa in person at 11am at they have a code to get in to keep safe, totally valid. but i don’t have an email with the code so i can’t get in. i tried knocking, nothing. then i went to my hotel and told them, they even walked down withme! then they called from their lobby phone thinking that maybe it was because i had an out of town number. they still didn’t answer. I figured since i never got the confirmation email and i had one from a year ago that probably didn’t go through ( but i remembered putting my CC info in). at 210pm i got a vm from the spa from Austin saying they were waiting to see if i was coming in. I called back and explained everything. told him that i tried and that i didn’t want to cancel i just wanted to confirm the time. he said he was sorry and he understood. I said i just want to make sure im not going to be charged $380 and he said yes i understand, I am sorry and we got off the phone. Then 10 min later I got another call from Sara who i thought was trying to make it right but she was extremely condecending. I told her everytthing again and she said we can get you in at 5 pm. I told her we already left. We're on vacation and made plans. I said there is no way you are still going to charge me, I didn’t cancel, I had no way of showing up! and she said i have no say. and i told her i would call my bank and she said do what you have to do. Then immediately i got a 'we missed you and were charging you' email. Funny because i had no confirmation email but I got that. AND no it never went to my spam. i checked. There is video footage, phone confirmation and instagram message confirmation that i was TRYING to get in touch with them for at least 3 hours before my appt. and they still charged me. If i cancelled i get it. but this is NOT on me. this is on them. no human decency in Sara. and I was nice on the phone. didn’t yell or say anything mean once. unlike Sara. At least Austin was compassionate. even if the bank doesnt refund me, I want people to know the type of people who work at this place. only care about the money, not the people. Gross. May you reap was you sow. As above, so below.

I had a custom facial today and the aesthetician was incredible. (I believe her name was Bella) She is very knowledgeable, kind and gentle. Listened to my concerns with my skin and performed a beautiful extraction of my blemishes. I also did the add-on for eye treatment. As I am mid 40s and getting those smile lines. 10 out of 10 service & I will be back.
