This rating is based solely on policy and not the actual service. When I called to make an appointment, they insisted everyone had to have a credit card on file. Now, what if I choose to pay cash? What if I choose to pay debit out of my bank account? And why on earth would I leave my credit card information with a massage therapy office? I guess I don’t need to say that I did not book an appointment.

Super Disappointed! Completely disorganized! Thank you for ruining my day! I had booked a massage as a Birthday gift for my wife and they ended up cancelling the appointment on the Birthday morning completely ruining the day for us!!!! I requested to be accommodated with an alternate person as it was a birthday gift and less flexible to be rescheduled but they didn't do anything about it. I asked them if they could move someone else to another date and accommodate us for today for whatever time slot but all in vain! NEVER GOING TO THEM AGAIN!

Truly the most amazing experience start to finish!! My only regret is not finding them sooner! I’m very particular about letting anyone do work on me and I cannot recommend Savannah Massage Therapy and Wellness enough! If I could give them 10 stars I would!!!

This clinic is extremely predatory and shows no accountability for their own mistakes. While the massage therapist themselves was skilled and helpful, the overall experience was deeply disappointing. I was fully charged for an appointment I did not book, and when I reminded the clinic that the booking was meant for the following week, they had nothing to say—no apology, no acknowledgment, no effort to correct their error. It’s clear that if they make a mistake, the client is the one who pays for it—literally. There was zero consideration or care for my time or concern. I left feeling incredibly unheard and disrespected. I will never be returning to this clinic, and I strongly urge others to be cautious before trusting them with your time or money.

I have been seeing Lisa at Savannah for over 5 years now. It's amazing what you can feel like when you let her and any of her staff massage aching muscles and joints. I always feel like a new woman when I leave there. The receptionists at the front are very welcoming and friendly, and the aesthetic of the front area is beautiful. I love how Lisa has decorated the place, each room is so calming and peaceful. If you need a massage therapist that will take care of all of your needs, plus offer additional services, this is the place to go! I highly recommend Savannah Massage Therapy and Wellness!!
