Wonderful, as always! I visited Hyde Away’s OTR location for the first time today. I loved the parking reserved for Hyde Away customers! The ambience of the new location is superb. Taryn did an excellent job customizing the massage to my needs. I have been to many therapists over the years and she was honestly one of the best! I am so looking forward to my next visit to this woman-owned small business (I might have to arrive a little early just to enjoy the building’s ambiance!!)! Great job, Savannah and team!

I usually don’t post reviews but I wish I would have seen this one before spending my money. I went for a massage the afternoon of Saturday 1/3 - I get massages once a month due to tension and this was the worst massage I’ve had in Cincinnati. The website indicates therapeutic massage, the intake asks about things like pressure preference and chronic pain, and I thought maybe the sore muscles add on would translate to something (it was icy hot). I understand if a massage therapist doesn’t want to exert an uncomfortable amount of pressure but there was zero pressure. Even medium or heck, light pressure would have been okay! I paid for an hour for someone to ever so incredibly gently cover my back, legs, and arms in icy hot lol. She’d asked about focus areas prior but didn’t focus on them. (I’m not going to say who bc everyone has bad days). If you’re looking for someone to gently cover you with lotion this is your spot (which if that’s you’re thing, you’ll love it). The space and ambiance are fantastic!! (Hence the 2 stars). But if you have any sort of tension, I don’t recommend it. I left feeling just as terrible as when I went in.

Really enjoyed my massage with Jennifer. The new client special is a great intro offer, as well. Took me a minute of walking around before I realized the entrance door is right next to Nicola's!

The service was fantastic! I booked my appointment two weeks ago, and it was freezing cold that day. Savannah offered to reschedule for me. The massage was also excellent. I had back pain, and she massaged several tense muscle knots. Incredibly relaxing, highly recommended!
