No way would you ever or could you ever regret choosing Saz's! My partner and I lead with our stomachs and we have never been wrong! First, their taste testing you need 4 stomachs because their portions are actual portion sizes. Second, good luck choosing because basically everything is great - I am not a salad person but it is good for your health and theirs is fantastic! Third and our absolute favorite, if they do not have something on their menu you can just give them the recipe and odds are its better than the original. We went with family style plating which felt more intimate and did not require people to choose one thing over another. PLUS we did not have to pester people about getting back to us! We chose crab rangoons to be passed around during cocktail hour as 1 of 3 hor d'oeuvres. Major hit! It has now been two weeks after our wedding night and I am still receiving texts and calls about how delicious the food was. 100/5 stars is a more accurate rating
Saz’s was incredible for our wedding! The food was absolutely delicious and the service was outstanding — we got so many compliments from our guests. Katie, our senior event planner, was amazing to work with. She was incredibly responsive, patient, and accommodating with all of our changes throughout the planning process. Everything came together perfectly, and we couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!
We used Saz’s for our wedding and I could not tell you how many people came up to us to express their satisfaction with the food. The braised short ribs were SO good. The staff was so friendly, accommodating, and caring. They made sure we (the couple) and our guests had the best time ever. They were considerate and provided excellent service. I definitely recommend them for any big event as they have their process basically perfected. We had zero hiccups along the way and they knew our venue like the back of their hands. Cassie was our coordinator and she was so helpful throughout the process and in bringing our event to life. Choose Saz’s!!!
We had an October wedding at The Atrium and Saz’s did our catering. Saz’s professionalism, organization, and quality food absolutely blew us away. When we first signed our contract, we were able to taste a handful of items and put together a menu for our big day which was really great. On the wedding day, we chose to have four appetizers - all of which were absolutely delicious. For dinner, we did family style and chose the chicken verona, braised short ribs, butternut squash ravioli, maple-chipotle roasted sweet potatoes, and broccolini - all of which made for the perfect Fall dinner. We received so many compliments on the food and the generous portions. For dessert, we did petite desserts - cannoli, macarons, and mini churros - with dipping sauces and a coffee station, and it was the perfect dessert to quickly grab and then run back to the dance floor. Aside from the excellent food, the staff was top tier. Dinner service was so well executed and we even had someone constantly checking in on us at our sweetheart table to make sure we had everything that we needed. Overall our experience with Saz’s was excellent and we would definitely book them again for any future events.
Saz's catered our October 2023 wedding, and everything was honestly SO good. From our tasting to the wedding day, they were great to work with. All of our guests raved about the artichoke beignets and Wisconsin lollipops during cocktail hour. All of our entrees were phenomenal and a great size too. We were definitely full after dinner. I would choose saz's over and over again for our wedding.
